I live near Essex and I go all the way to Wandsworth to rent from Kendall because they’re that good. Since 2018 I’ve only used them for vans and I will be very happy to keep renting from them. Very competitive price and always kind customer service at the Wandsworth office :)

WARNING!!!! Mileage SCAM!!! Do no leave you hire without having the return slip filled in your presence. I hired a van and did 251miles so knowingly had to pay 151miles at 9p upon return took a photo of the dash (see attached). I left the van with the guy as the office wasn’t open yet 7:50am and left, Since I checked my deposit refund to find I’ve been changed for 164 extra miles, 13miles more then I did. when I calles the Wandsworth office they told me the slip says 164 extra even tho I have a photo to back up my statement. It’s a nice little scam if they do this to every customer it boosts the profits a 1 here 2 there and then just be dismissive of it when you call. Cheap rentals but this kinda service is not acceptable guess you get what what you pay for, will definitely not recommend or use again unless it was last last resort. In conclusion check your mileage with staff before and after and take photos
Very good prices and service. The staff are very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend it. We had a much better experience than with most big car rental companies
Hired a car for a few days from the Wandsworth branch. Reception had clear social distancing rules, staff were behind perspex screens and hand sanitiser was available. Good price, car was nice and clean. Returned my deposit on the day I returned the car (bank took a couple of days to process it). No extra charges as we returned it with no damage and slightly more petrol than when we picked it up. They also explained beforehand what kind of damage they do and do not charge for e.g. normal chips from gravel in the road etc.
Good quality cars. Easy people to deal with and they refund your deposit in good time. I have used them twice now and will hire cars with then again soon
