I saw Nick Lai for my private ortho treatment- he is very knowledgable and knows his stuff when it comes to straightening teeth!! I would highly recommend him he has a very direct approach to treatment and patients commitment and you work together as a team to achieve the perfect smile I love my new straight teeth thank you Nick and team

If you don't care much about your oral health and have a lot of time to waste, this is the place for you. This is a practice that has clearly given up on the idea of helping and is focused on profit (draining the NHS budget). The dentist Peter is nice but the other one Dr Lai is money hungry and arrogant plus disrespectful to the nurses and painfully disingenuous. He damaged my healthy teeth, gave me a root canal and later found I never needed it and gave me the worst implant possible oh and he ignores any complaints and Peter doesn't help the situation. They booked me in for 2pm and the dentist arrived at 2:30, this did not happen once or even twice but multiple times. To make things worse they double book ALL patients, so you may need to bring a book or two, the work is substandard to poor and the practice as a whole is run down. This is not a practice that cares. Went to a private practice who are correcting all of Mr Lai's mistakes.

Ortho is amazing. My issue is with their paper based operating systems. My appointment is for 815, because there are issues with other people's records not being found, I now find myself sitting in this awful waiting room for almost an hour now.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I went to this dentist a while ago, both me and my friend. We both run into troubles, he even stained my friend's blouse afterwards he's got an infection. I've got even bigger trouble as I got infection on both molars (as one of them was perfectly healthy), thing that forced me to take both out after and replaced with implants. Luckily I went for a private clinic in central London. Just simply avoid this place and go for a proper, decent and professional one!

Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would. They made me attend two appointments for my 7 year old only to be told that she needed a referral on the second. Both appointment came with a minimum of 45 minutes waiting time. Told me to call up the next day as they didn’t know who they will refer to (why not) only to be told they couldn’t make the referral because he dentist is on annual leave for three weeks. This whole time my daughter has needed serious treatment for a broken tooth. Still no help, just advice that her tooth may die if not treated and no offer of treatment or resolution. Every question is answered like a politician. Bad attitude from staff, double booking appointments and offering no apology. The staff and dentists here simply do not care about their patients, it’s a business. I would highly recommend Clock Tower Dental Surgery over this place.
