They treat everyone like children. They taught us to write a cover letter. It was a waste of time. Our teacher was an insignificant insect named David.

Pathetic excuse for an “information hotline” I’ve been trying to find out information about a potential course. When visiting their website I was given a phone number to ring especially for course information. When I asked for more information on the course in question I was given a simple - and I quote word for word “uh I dunno you should come in and speak to a teacher”. Are you serious?! The website and content portray this college to be prestigious (stating it has ties to universities like SOAS and Birkbeck) and they can barely string a sentence together on the phone. Does not fill me with confidence about the quality of their teaching.

Fed up with potential college 'pupils' asking for directions to the college. Extremely imature, ignorant & destructive behaviour. When complained was told to tell them that I do not know but yet wont give directions to the building. Unprofessional beyond belief. What is shocking college 'pupils' are of an age to look for themselves & if cannot even do this what hope do they have achieving anything at the college????

Great college, with high quality teaching and an emphasis on preparation for university education, I completed my access to humanities course here and would recommend it.

Great Media teacher Paul Hall as well as the Head (Alex) but nothing nor no one else worth mentioning.
