Bought this Quest Iron from K.K. Electronics (through ebay.uk) Iron was damaged (although it came in sealed parcel packaging) the box itself was not sealed (so an ex display model or a returned/unwanted item) and upon opening saw the iron damaged,so said item was sent anyway by seller even though the steam iron was badly damaged (if not dangerous) *BEWARE OF THIS SELLER* only gained a 1 star* otherwise couldn't post this review....
