Amazing!!! Thats all I can say!!! Excellent cuts of meat, and exceptional service. The staff will give you suggestions for bbqing or smoking if your new to the smoking game. I will always buy our meat from Kohn's.

The New York Strip was very nice but our T Bones were difficult to cut even with Henckel steak knives. My wife just attempted to cook some chicken thighs an failed to do so because so much water come out that they became submerged. Not going back there anytime soon.
