Booked in for MOT, which was carried out without delay or fuss. Very polite and dedicated staff at the BILLET ROAD branch. The technician, S. Desai, was detailed in his assessment of my car and was very helpful, in a reassuring way, as regards the \monitor and repair if necessary\ clause of the MOT certificate. Very impressed with this Kwik fit branch. Passed MOT without any additional expense.

Comparing to other Kwik-Fits that is the best one out of all. Experienced staff with good knowledge and advice. Everyone served quickly, so didn't have to wait for hours to be served like elsewhere.

Really quick to help me. I have been a few times for various things and they have always done their best to see to it quickly. Have even popped down to get air pressure tested and fixed and they didn't charge me for it. Friendly, quick and would definitely recommend.

The mechanic and team at the Walthamstow Kwik fit were very polite and professional, and this review is by no means addressed to them. I booked an MOT visit, the van had a minor issue and didn’t pass the MOT test, which is totally fine; what let me down was that the facility wasn’t suited for my small van: The ceiling of the building was too low . As a result they couldn’t lift the van to fix the vehicle underneath. Had I know this at the time of booking , I would certainly have booked elsewhere; I know that every time you bring an old vehicle for a MOT there’s always something to fix, and is implied that they can fix it afterwards. The team was super apologetic and very helpful so I believe this to be an issue with the booking engine on their website. Edit : I fixed my van elsewhere and brought it back to quick fix , where I was tested again, free of charge; this time it passed the MOT
