Vanilla Mellow

Came here on December 19, 2020 at 4:25PM. I was asking an older woman with long black hair for help and she stopped talking to me halfway through a sentence to talk to a friend who had come in. Then she came back after and said (totally unprompted), "yeah, I think an extra large is a better size... For you." First of all, I didn't ask you. Secondly, you should really know better than to say that if you're going to work in retail. I also had asked for a size and she moved bras aside and said, "I'm short," implying that I needed to reach to get it. No one smiled at me the entire time I was there. Super unfriendly and unhelpful! Also NO ONE who worked there or who was in the store was even trying to obey social distancing rules. Awful.

Prices slightly better than Victoria Secret BUT I wouldn't shop there again. The quality is far inferior to Victoria Secret, even though both stores sell equally cute bras and panties.

Bra and underwear shopping here is great however ... whats with the selection of lounge wear??? It literally looks like they are selling last years left over Christmas stuff. In fact I know they are because I bought some of it last year! Its brutal. The store also has this out dated feel to it too now. I expect they will probably close their doors soon too.

Bella helped me at this store and she was absolutely amazing. She greeted me when I went in the store and helped me with everything I needed. She was super friendly and made my experience lovely. Customer service was 11/10, will definitely be back!!

Went in over the weekend and boy was the staff member that I spoke to unfriendly and unhelpful. I saw a few walking the store and no one asked if I needed help. I reached out to one woman in particular to show her the items I was interested in purchasing from the website and she pointed me in the direction of one thing ( wasnt even the product I was looking for)and said the rest of the items were online only. Even though I called beforehand to make sure they weren't. Never going back. I felt like she was down talking me and my husband was even uncomfortable with how she treated us.

Good selection. Reasonably easy to hunt down an employee. Cool sale wheel contest thing. Strange choice of music for the store--kind of club like.

They're not the most size inclusive, but the sales women treated my mother super nicely during their boxing day sale which I hugely appreciated. It was incredibly busy and (Nora? I think and another kind blonde woman) took their time to help my mom find the right size and picked out a few things to try on, and even got us a changing room right away. My mother had a great experience and by proxy, so did I.
