I love Lagoon! (And I'm really missing them during lockdown!) I have gel nails done here, and it is the best place I have found in the area for quality and professionalism. It's super easy to book appointments, I've never had a late appointment and the girls are lovely. A little pricier than others near Wimbledon, but 100% worth it, my nails last so much longer when done at Lagoon.

Fantastic service; very polite team and calming, clean salon. Would recommend calling to book as they manage their customers as an individual rather than just being a “number” and rushing you through. They have a great selection of colours for both regular and Shellac polishes so your manicure is always great. I had the best pedicure done here,my feet felt very relaxed and lasted very well. Highly recommend.

Been a regular customer to Lagoon for a few years for manicure, pedicure and waxing. I keep coming back to Lagoon as they do a greatly care with my ingrowing toe nails and hyper sensitive in nail filing. My Shellac nails always super finish! Hygiene is one of the reasons i visit Lagoon. The salon is always clean and see the therapists cleaning the salon all the time. For waxing, i have to say that Lagoon is the best place i've been - most comfortably bikini wax and friendly therapists let alone the cleanness of the waxing rooms. Recommend Lagoon to everyone who wants manicure, pedicure and waxing. I am now planning to try their eyelash extensions, can't wait :)

Very comfortable and nice place for men's treatments. Having manicure, pedicure and back&shoulder waxing regularly. Staffs are always welcoming and professional. Had quite bad experience for back and shoulder wax in other place in the past, but I must say in Lagoon, you can have waxing with almost painfree. To be honest, I was a bit embarrassed sitting on the pedicure chair when they did not have window cling before, but now I feel much more comfortable to visit this place.
