Its is a tall tower. The lift go from 0 to 47 in 3.30 min so if you order a car and leave on top floor you better warn you guest to at least have jackets on and kiss them goodbye because and better to think slightly ahead and book the car with the advance option because cars turned up in 2 min these day at pick time and the driver would have started the waiting time and no excuse there is only 1 way out because the emercy exit is same side of main entrance and the only reason they would have miss you would be to pick the wong tower and went to the East Tower - exact same tower just next to it but East and that is an important fact most people miss when looking for landmark towers

It was a nice place to live until a few years ago, but it has become a very not good place full of noise and dust since construction began. And it's been a long time since it was built, so the interior is now worn out.

Seriously? EXTREMELY NOISY due to the heavy construction right next to this apartment. The noise level is annoyingly high !!! making me very stressed all the time from 8am to 6pm weekdays and I have been unable to chill out at all even Saturday. I wouldn't give a star to this apartment if I had an option for this. Annoying to live in this place especially when you live on lower floors

HistoryEdit By August 2007 all 276 apartments had been reserved.[1] Luxury shops occupy the ground floor, fully encompassed within a glass-covered piazza. A 24-hour concierge and residents' gymnasium are among the development's other features. In 2007, the development received recognition as the Best High Rise Development and Best High Rise Architecture in the Daily Mail UK Property Awards.[1][2] It was finished in 2010.
