These solicitors are nothing but misrepresentation of what briefs should be. I have legal aid which they were happy accept when I was held at a police station in Wembley, Sudbury for 10 hours. The gentlemen representing me came in, gave me his name, told me to sum up everything in 2mins!! & then told me to just say no comment for every question. The ONLY impression I got is he couldn't get out quick enough, only to accept the government paid legal aid! Today I'm in court, my papers told me to arrive @ 9.30 (the same paperwork L.Worthington have) with no brief to be seen. The printed paper inside the court says hearing @10. The court clerk came out at 9.55 to find out where my brief is with no where to be seen as I don't even know. I call the office at 9.57 for them to call me back at 10.07 & tell me my solicitor is on the way!! This all speaks for itself & type of company that is operating .
