This so-called council is a shambles. They’re building new homes all over the borough and have nothing to bid for. Call them they don’t bother to pick up the so-called housing officer don’t do nothing if one exists. No help at all very disappointed.
I wish to give this place even no star this is a public service centre without any service. First of all security guards will hold you not to go in and tell you do it online blah blah.....if some one has issue to do it online where should he go then nowhere ...
Useless council. They have a shortage of housing & they closed my banding when I registered to be be on the housing list over 10 years ago. They have never helped me with housing ever or anything. I tried to find housing & they refused to pay my rent & deposit. As they are meant to help you providing you have a low income. So I will be homeless now. I don’t even know why they exist or what they are there for when they don’t help vulnerable people. It’s such a shame. There’s no hope for young people for housing. Our future is doomed.
