Total contract value over 400K (incl. design, FFE, contractor) Dealt with this company for a renovation of one bedroom flat in South Kensington. Points not happy with Lawson Robb suggested a contractor who a) finished the project 4-5 months late b) not available for contact after the work finished, (contractor named Sarwar Daoudy). Did not deliver on the 2 year warranty written into the contract. Floor left half-painted under the bed plus several other issues. Several things Lawson Robb promised to deliver, but after starting the project, things were not of the same quality (for example bathroom sink), and it was too late and difficult to hire someone new to re-do. Terrible kitchen! I would not deal with them.
