Every single member of staff I've spoken to has been so friendly and helpful. Fit me in for a last minute industrial machine service before Christmas and were so helpful and efficient. Machine running beautifully now! Thank you! Will definitely be back.

My sewing machine died this morning. It was a 'Joy's' machine I bought on line quite cheaply, 8 years ago. I was hoping it could be repaired, but not very confident. I looked on line and I think I am the only person this machine worked for! After a nice chat on the phone with Tony, I took my machine into the shop, where a friendly, knowledgeable young woman had a look. RIP machine. I explained what I needed in a sewing machine and my budget and she matched me to a lovely, quiet Janome machine. They service and repair all makes. Tony even carried my new machine down Deptford High Street to my car (it's quite hard, but not impossible to park, 30 mins free). What a great experience! Old fashioned service. The shop was full of machines being repaired, they sell reconditioned 2nd hand machines as well as new. I would highly recommend using this great local shop.

Took my 3 sewing machines up there, as all developed a fault at same Time! 1 which i had bought from this shop, was under warranty.. sorted! Other one fault sorted on the spot, 3rd kept in, as more complicated and shop getting Busy! Such lovely , helpful friendly, amazing People! Old family firm, been going 50 years, and no wonder. I came all the way from Dartford Kent. So worth the trip. My sewing machine shop for life. Recommend to everyone. You are Lifesavers! Xxx

Fantastic service, definitely worth the treck to Deptford for me! I took in my faulty sewing machine after one more local repairer didn't want to touch it at all and another tried to fix it twice, only for the fault to come back within less than half an hour of use each time. I was then told it might be time for a new machine... Such a contrast here: Tony opened a side panel on the machine, got a screwdriver out and had it sorted within a few minutes. I used my machine all weekend, and it's going strong, everything solid. So impressed, so grateful!
