It all started so well - very friendly and helpful staff at the end of the phone, car booked in, prompt follow-up with what was needed (essentially a new ECU unit). I was assured the repair would be done four days after I confirmed. Then, on 9 Feb, I got another email to say it would not be finished until 20th. Of March!! Due to the part having to be specially made to the chassis of my car, in Japan. Staff consistently polite but this is a very, very long time to wait for a repair.

I am very angry and dissapointed to see that it clearly states on google maps you are open till 4pm today (Saturday) and after driving here for 50 minutes only to find out you are closed which is not acceptable. I am sure I am not the only person to have had this and cannot understand why Lexus has not sorted this out. I am only off today and thanks to you.. you have wasted my time. I attach screenshots to prove this.

Took my car here for service and M.O.T. Have to admit they are very nice and polite. Good service I say from the staff members especially Karyn, she was lovely and very helpful.

Called the booking team explained had issue asked what the policy was regarding diagnosis, the agent explained this would be charged at a set fee asked what if I had extended warranty went away to check and came back with we can do the diagnosis under extended warranty don't worry when you get to the centre they'll ask you to sign a document it will have a cost that's just for invoicing purposes, you can guess what happened next dropped car off and that didn't turn out to be the case - useless! 03.11.20 Update Ian the centre manager reached out to me personally & went out of his way to resolve and put right, very professional and appreciated, made me feel looked after - Thank you Ian

I visited this Lexus center to solve my rear back suspension noise issue. After i paid 160 for the diagnose , they advice me to change my tyres and nothing related to my initial problem. After i visited second time they advice me that i have to change the bushes but the spare part comes only with the wheel hub , and they told me that Lexus don't produce bushes separate and they comes only with the hub which was 1400 to replace for one wheel. But i contacted official Lexus dealer from another country and i bought all 4 bushes for 80 which is far away cheaper from this center and also the spare part comes separate from the hub that they told me to replace. I'm very dissapointed for the service provided by them.
