I needed a Portuguese solicitor in London to help me quickly sort out some documents for a house I was buying in Portugal. It was time sensitive and I was a bit stuck. Soooo happy I found Lita Gale. My father passed away and mum ended up in hospital in Portugal, I am based in the UK. We started the process with Lita Gale as she had offices in the UK and Portugal, and it all sounded promising however by the 3rd consultation the original strategy changed which threw my family through a loop. They are retaining my father's documents we left with them in good faith and have added more fees to their final invoice and refusing to give evidence of what work they've done. Awful family situation, turned into more of a nightmare via this company. Currently making a formal complaint with the UK Legal Ombudsman.
We had a good experience with Gale Lita. Scheduling was easy and quick, the office was easy to find, the services professional - and the whole experience was personable. We just popped in for notary services - which were quite reasonably priced. We'd use her again!
