As a first time mum it was a little daunting trying to decide where to send my 10 month old girl when going back to work. Initially I thought I wanted a nursery and saw a couple, however places were mostly full so opened my mind to a childminder and so glad I did. My daughter was able to form strong bonds with Sehar, Nadia and Yunus quite quickly which I'm not sure would've happened in a nursery. I loved having the app with photos that were updated throughout the day and notes added. The setting is always kept clean and is spacious for the kids to play. They always did a range of different activities leaving my daughter more tired than usual by the end of the day which was great as it made bed time easy for me My daughter was only with Little Sparklers from February 2020-July 2020 before we moved to Australia, so sadly was not long enough as it did include the first lockdown period when childcare was closed. They were very supportive and kept us parents up to date and I'm glad they were able to survive as a business. Even though it has been quite a few months now I thought I would still write a review as I know I always read reviews myself and so would definelty recommend to anyone.

My child has been with Little Sparklers for nearly 2 years now. I chose a childminder over a nursery because I felt he would thrive in a place that be more homely, and that allowed him to be super creative with access to a garden on tap! They have a lovely little gang of children who really love each other and the clean and spacious premises allows them to have lot's of play. I am very happy with the 1:1 attention my child receives and have really appreciated help during big milestones, which is a bit trickier if he was at a nursery. With the introduction of a parent WhatsApp and access to an app so I can see my child's daily activities/food and sleep regime I can happily get on with work knowing my son is being cared for. Pre-lockdown the team would take the children to local parks and the farm!
