I live this little ship. There's always a vegan mean for me. Cold or warm, free coffee is hard to resist. Very friendly staff and always polite when approached.

It's ok, it's always busy in there, staff are not very friendly & never say good morning. I go in there 3 times a week in the mornings, so I no . Frozen freezer was nearly empty again. I wanted Frozen Peas they had none.

At the end of a working day, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly face at the entrance ( I think her name was Helen). I was able to buy the few top up items I needed and didn't have to wait to pay.

Great Waitrose - good choices, they’ve managed to pack a lot in a small space. Check outs could be spaced out a bit more.

This shop has a fair selection of items for its size and you can even find more iche\ items. It's as expensive as you'd expect a Little Waitrose to be, so no surprise there. You'll queue almost every time you're there at rush hour, and I suspect this is mainly due to the poor layout of the store. They seem to be doing something about it soon, which is good. Sadly the worst thing about this place is the staff. For every helpful person, there's a very rude one you have to deal with. Not only way worse than any other Waitrose shop, but worse than the Tesco across the street and the Sainsbury's five minutes away. P.S. I bought a croissant this morning, the taste and texture weren't those of a pastry baked today.
