We went here as we were looking for nice soups after my wife had a couple of wisdom teeth out, unfortunately out of the 3 soups we bought 2 were out of date, one had just expired, but the other one was 4 days beyond its best before date. We also bought some Sushi and that was 1 day out. I am not one to complain but here they need to get a little sharper with what they are selling. Nice and convenient store on the plus side.

Awful experience. Zero ability to control number of people entering the store. I went in today to do a top up shop and there were so many people and the store is pretty compact. Staff not following the 2m social distancing rule. Another thing that I noticed was a strong stench of cigarette smoke coming from the back of the store. It was absolutely disgusting. I will not be shopping here again.

Came here to collect a John Lewis parcel yesterday evening, was served by a man named “Ondis”, who lacked basic social etiquettes, whilst chatting away to another young man at the back! I proceeded to ask another member of staff for the manager, and to my shock was told it was in fact the manager who had served me. If the standards of the managers are this low, what quality can I reasonably expect from the products? Completely dull approach to a loyal customer, lost!

I regularly stop by at Waitrose on my from work. Every time, I'm pleasantly surprised by the politeness and helpfulness of the staff there. The other day, I was struggling with my self-service checkout machine - it kept double scanning the items as I would try to put them in my bag. Twice, I called this lady Doriel to help me. Each time, she patiently came and helped me. When I apologised, she smiled and gently said, 'it's not your fault at all.' I had had a long and rather hard day at work - I work as a child counsellor - so you can imagine the stress but such wonderful service from staff members who go out of their way to help deserves commendation. Please keep it up!
