Love this branch! I live in the area so of coarse I'm going here, but I have tried other branches of Little Waitrose and I can tell you, Parson's has something special going on! Perfect balance of everything you need, quality goods and never too busy. I really appreciate the Gails Bakery inclusion and the attention they put into craft beer! If you feel like bringing in some more microbrewery craft, it would not go unnoticed - just sayin!

Another frustrating experience at the Parsons Green branch. For the second time, I used their ‘QUICKCHECK’ app. The idea is simple:scan each item w the app and drop it into your trolley - in my case, my own trolley on wheels that I had brought into the store. So far, so good. I should add that the app comes with NO instructions. I am an 80 year old technophobe but I CAN read and I’d like to have known how to conclude my shopping at checkout. So, presumably, would the staff who seemed - for the SECOND time - to have had NO TRAINING in this WAITROSE app. I spent nearly half an hour with a pleasant checkout person at 1.45 today (13/1/2020) trying to find out how I could pay and leave. She went in search of a manager. He made no apology, tapped a few buttons, And left. Without asking if I felt he had resolved the situation. I do NOT blame the employees. I blame the WAITROSE MANAGEMENT who seem to think that artificial intelligence replaces human intelligence. It does not. You need to up your game. You’ve lost a customer.

Friendly, very helpful staff, has enough variety of stock to keep an average household supplied.. As with all Waitrose shops, excellent quality. Look forward to Waitrose dispensing with ALL PLASTIC PACKAGING. Loose vegetables etc etc. The management have assured me this is in the pipeline, it would help if everyone kept on suggesting it.
