If i could review without any star I would, I booked a flu jab four weeks ago and twice they have cancelled the day before appointment, now they are saying they cannot take bookings. Because I complained one assistant moaned about me to another assistant without putting call on hold so I heard all she had to say very unprofessional and rude I hope i never have to use this pharmacy ever again staff very unhelpful .... and as for Lloyd's Pharmacy as a whole what an awful service you provide
