I will like to raise a issue with customer services and your policy. I did booked ride from Keswick road to Stansted airport and paid 75 for the ride online. Unfortunately I did had emergency overnight and unable to travel. I did called the service as soon I could which was approximately 75 min before the scheduled ride. Your customer service person told me that there’s nothing he can do and I will still be charged for the ride full price. I didn’t know you have two ways of payment and one rule for whoever pays with cash and second for card payment. If I know I’ll just agree on cash payment as there’s no risk to be charged if I refuse the car. I don’t understand how can you have a no refund policy and two different pays of paying for the services. Il keen to have my money back as this is hugely unfair to card paying customers.
