Been on hold for 1 hour 5 minutes and no one has answered my call. I have tried calling on multiple occasion to get enrolled onto the electoral register and no one seems to be available to answer the call. It is ridiculous. We have moved into a new build and the council was able to register us onto the council tax as soon as we moved in but when trying to register to vote our address was not showing up. We were advised to contact tower hamlets electoral registration office but they have been utterly useless. Please find call records attached.
