Tried them for an \end of tenancy clean\ recently because needed someone at short notice and they didn't do a great job. The Landlord was not happy - it looked as though they sort of rushed through leaving out things here and there. Their checklist of things to do is very minimal compared to other more professional companies even though they charge the same price. They stopped responding to emails once paid.
