My experience was excellent. My health professional was Breda and despite my very compacted ear wax and very small ear canals she persisted showing huge patience and kindness at the same time. She also provided advice to prevent such a problematic build-up happening again. I would recommend this practitioner and this service.

Although the doctor was friendly and kind, but I paid 100pounds for ear wax cleaning and the doc told me it’s completed clean, the whole process took less than 10 mins. And when I go home check myself, there no difference before I went there Pretty sure it’s not very useful My self clean is even better than them

My ear got badly blocked and made me feel sad as I hate the feeling. I didn't feel good at all and was scared I messed up my ear. I lost sleep and tried to get help but GP was too long and the ear drops didn't help. I felt really bad. My partner, who I love so much searched carefully and found this place and it was amazing! Breda Ryan is such a professional and friendly person. She put me really at ease. Because I don't like things going in my ear. She professionally cleared the blockage and eased my discomfort. My ear feels loads better now and I can now hear again. I want to firstly thank her again for the lovely service. Also, I want to let you all know that if you have excess wax or problems with your ear come here. It is worth to get it done right. Defo recommend.

Just had my first ever micro suction which was performed by Jason. He was professional and friendly and I felt completely at ease. Super Covid safe too. He gave me loads of advice and took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. I was quite nervous as previously I’ve only ever had my ears syringed but the procedure was quick and painless. My local GP surgery is no longer doing syringing due to Covid but even when the service is on offer I have to wait an age between confirmation my ears need doing to actually having it done. I booked an appointment on 1st November for the next day! From now on I will simply book an appointment to see Jason or one of his team. Worth every penny and I highly recommend. Thank you Jason!

Ive had really bad hearing for the last half a year and could not figure out why until i did some research and figured my ears might be blocked by earwax so searched up on microsuction removal as Ive had it done at the hospital with the NHS a long time ago and remembered it working well then. Before the appointment my hearing was a very bad 2-3/10 on both ears where I can hardly hear what my friends are saying when they are talking to me and that I listen to music with headphones/car loudspeaker on very nearly max volume because i find it difficult to hear anywhere below 15/30 in my car volume setting and 40/100 on my headphone volume setting, however once Andrew had finished clearing my ears, I could immediately feel an instant change in my hearing and when I got to my car and listened to music I realised just how loud my music was when it was on volume 19/30 , i can now hear it very loudly on only 9 or less/30 and only need to have my headphone settings at 30/100 for my loudest setting as anything higher would be too loud. This also helps me a lot with my job as I deal directly with passengers at the airport everyday and this would enable me to clearly hear and direct passengers on their journey at a noisy environment such as the airport. I cannot thank you enough for Andrews help and would highly recommend anyone who has hearing problems to use this service! (maximum 20 minutes to clear both ears) Thank you Andrew!
