Nice enough staff. Security in the building need to refresh their customer service skills as currently they have zero. Learning a lot on this funded course. Pity the building looks like a squat.

Would not recommend to any young people looking for an apprenticeship. You will be ignored for months on end and they have a ridiculous staff turn over. Which they will not notify you of so you will be left in the dust and wondering where all those promises of support and helping you find the perfect place went. The recruiters will just throw you anywhere even if it's not relevant to your said course as it's how they get their commission also leave you months on end after the induction or registering yourself. Avoid and try to find employment or an apprenticeship by directly finding the hiring manager or any other apprenticeship agency.
They don't care about their students and they ignore the students when they ask for their help. I couldn't complete my 1 year apprenticeship course because the work placement was awful and Skills For Growth completely left me in the dark after I asked for help. However, the Traineeship course was quite good, I was able to get the assistance I needed and gained a good qualification.
Used to come here years ago I liked it but I applied for apprenticeship and they took me to another company that didn't quite work out.
Don't really know what to say, I rejoined back in February/March time after extended break and haven't heard from them since. I kept emailing, phoning, visiting etc, seems like my advisor is hiding or not working here anymore. At first I felt I joined the best apprenticeship provider in my area that's why I joined and also thought they always contact and match with employers and apprentices. But they kept me in the cold and seem to forget about me. Like I'm nothing. They don't seem to care. Only targeting people to come to assessments (so they can get paid bonuses) and then don't get back to them. So called easy money.
