A few days ago I received an email notification the umbrella I had wanted was back in stock. So I ordered it around 11:50p EST- I'm on the East Coast(US) I was shocked that it was dispatched so quickly. I received it just before noon today. Coming from London, that is incredible. The shipping was only 10 and I figured it would be at least a week. The box the umbrella came in was very sturdy and the packaging was excellent. You can tell they care as much about how they send their packages as they do their umbrellas. I knew the quality would be excellent and I wasn't disappointed. You can tell a lot went into the details. One thing I hate about umbrellas is the snap wrap, whether velcro or button, is never tight enough so the umbrella doesn't look neat closed. I was happy to see this snap wrap is tight and strong so when the umbrella is closed and snapped it's slim and neat. I emailed to get details on how to maintain the umbrella and received a response immediately. Such an amazing experience from visiting the website for the first time months ago and putting in my email for the out of stock umbrella to today, having it in my hands and the quick response from them. I can't recommend London Undercover Umbrellas enough!

Great service, and one of the best umbrellas you can get. Assistant explained all the details about each umbrella. They do not come cheap, but it's a great high end accessory that will last you a lifetime.

I ordered a umbrella from Switzerland, so not inside the UK or even the EU and the whole experience was very pleasant. I've been using the umbrella for a few weeks now and the quality as well as the product in general are very nice, I love it! I received it 1 day before we got some heavy rain here in Switzerland which has lasted for the past few weeks so I've had plenty of chances to test it. I bought a solid stick umbrella which has so far also worked great to support my slightly damaged knee as walking stick in moments I needed it. (Side note: Damages to the umbrella from using it as a walking stick are not covered by the company guidelines so I strongly advise against regular use as such.) Miles from customer service tried to reach out to me about a minor detail that had be fixed before shipment but the e-mails where sent to my junk folder and I didn't see them. A while after the second try he called me on my phone (internationally!) which was very helpful since I would have probably not seen the e-mails in weeks which would have cost me a lot of time and I would have to call them up which would cost me quite a bit in phone fees. Overall one of the best experiences I had ordering something online. Please note: Apart from suits I buy almost everything online so this is quite the achievement!
