Very disrespectful and rude derives on the road, I understand driving lorry in London is really difficult job but this morning one of your driver block the road, waiting in the middle of the road while site manager arranged the space to unload the goods. I'm very frustrated because it was the place to park just 20 meters away from this construction, and I'm sure all the arrangements for unloading can be done over the phone between driver and site management, that can be easier for your drivers and other road users and looking more professional for your business. Your driver behaviour was really rude and make me so angry. Just by moving 2 meter he could allowed other vehicles passed and I asked him very politely but he denied that, and make a big traffic on the area. Service was excellent, however, i got a bit lost as HSS gave me a postcode that took me down a weird street. But really can't fault the service, everyone was nice and helpful.
