I asked this company to come measure up and provide some quotes for a carpet. Given that we are in the midst of a pandemic, asked that they wear a mask when measuring up, in order to protect my tenants. I said I would provide the mask. The company (Dave) said they would not be able to help me as they would not be willing to wear a mask, neither himself when measuring up, nor his workmen when fitting the carpet. When questioned, Dave then lied and told me that he had a health condition that prevented him from wearing a mask. I know this is untrue because he said something completely different to my tenant. He then accused me of abusing him when I called him out on his lie. DISHONEST. IRRESPONSIBLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING. DO NOT RECOMMEND! With people like this, no wonder Covid is spreading through London.
