I went to Lotty Potty Pots with the intention of creating some handmade ceramic bowls for my dog (I know - spoilt rotten). Lotty Potty Pots executed them beyond expectations. I ended up with one perfect sized water bowl and another perfect sized food bowl for his breed. One with my dogs name and the other with a love heart - designs of my choosing. I was even given the opportunity to personalise them myself, which was such a lovely touch! My dog loves them! I know they’ll last a lifetime and they’re ceramic, so healthy for my dog to consume from! 10/10 top service! Thank you!

Charlotte is such an amazing teacher, I am so happy with the things I've made! The studio is so nice, and time just flies by when you're there. And all their things for sale just are just wonderful :)

We took our two 9 year old boys here during the holidays to keep them busy and ended up wishing we had booked for ourselves! As much fun for adults as it is for kids, we were bowled over by the place and felt like we were in a calming little oasis tucked away in Clapham. Mel and Lottie couldn’t be nicer and the whole experience was pretty special. Highly recommend. Nothing else like it in the area - absolute gem of a find!

The first thing you notice about Lotty and Mel's pottery studio is the incredibly warm and vibrant interior. It has a very homely and relaxing feel to it (which helps during the stress of spinning for the very first time). Both Lotty and Mel gave hilarious and technical tutorials on how to spin and trim our pots, and I'm sure they will teach us how to glaze them to perfection during our next session. If you are looking to learn a fun new skill and take home some charming (one oddly shaped one) pots, then I definitely recommend booking!

Mel was absolutely brilliant teaching my 12yr old son the basics of how to use the wheel and throw a pot. She was great at explaining everything and he really enjoyed the experience and wants to return to have another go! The studio has a lovely feel to it and makes a great setting for ‘on lookers’ too.

The best pottery studio I've been to in London - hands down!!! Not only are the classes here amazing, but you can pick up some beautiful pottery pieces while you're at the studio! Can't recommend it more!
