It's good to have a mentor who is able to advice all around professionally and privately and who understands the interplay between the two. As we as women are exploring new territories and juggling careers, having meaningful impact, parenting, and relationships, a little bit of support can go a long way. I see so many women sticking with conventions or are being stuck in their way, and not sure how to do it differently or not knowing what they actually want. This was certainly the case for me too. Whilst we learn to read and write at school it is not obvious how to go about learning the more subtle yet so important skills. A good mentor sees you and your patterns and know what to say to connect you with yourself to empower you to break them. And they help you see how you can get what you want. I have certainly found that Elizabeth has a talent for doing so.

I found Elizabeth's dating advice very helpful. She supported me building my confidence after some bad experiences on the dating scene and identified some negative behaviors that were holding me back. She is very good at identifying your needs and tailoring her coaching to your personality and crucially she is also non-judgmental and radiates warmth. After two months I met someone I really liked and we have been dating for three months now. Elizabeth really gets results. Highly recommended!

Liz’s advice and guidance has been excellent and exactly what I needed. Often we over-complicate things and build them up to be much bigger than they are; Liz has a great way of breaking them down to smaller bites and provides a perspective that friends and family often don’t.
