Bought a replacement iPhone 11 screen for 149. First problem: their screens are not as smooth or reactive or quick as the proper Apple screen. Second (bigger) problem: I dropped it in the bath (which the phone should deal with fine). The screen stopped working properly, and not only that, the phone was damaged behind the screen. The whole handset had to be replaced at a proper Apple store - cost 400. They are clearly aware at Lovefone that the screens they sell are not good quality - when I complained they immediately refunded the 149. My problem: when I asked for some compensation also to cover the 400 for the handset, they started ignoring my emails. I will now have to take them to court for the money. AVOID - pay a little more, get a proper screen from an authorised store.

I had a great experience here today. I needed a new iPhone screen to get me through the last month and a half of a business trip and Lovefone was the perfect spot. It was cheaper than anywhere else I could find around here (including all the chains, and half the price of the Apple Store), and my 1 hour appointment only took 30 minutes. The shop is on a nice little quiet street with loads of cafes to check out while you wait, and the shop itself is comfortable and clean. The shopkeeper was very nice, and even gave me a free SIM removal tool to keep. I couldn't be more pleased.

It’s really poor quality. I replaced screen but it was not good. My screen colour is light blue, and front Camera sensor is red dot. I asked him about camera sensor colour but he said “it’s normal” but it’s not normal. If you have Iphone 8 model or 10, 11 SE 2nd, there is “true tone” function but after replacement, I did not have “true tone” function anymore. He did not explain at all and made excuse. I just waste money and time.

Really happy with my service with this company today. Although it was a bit unnerving sending off my phone with a courier, I was able to track the courier service all the way to the shop, and had it returned back to me with a perfect repair job within just a couple of hours. Recommend Lovefone highly.
