Awesome vegan options! The crispy ‘duck’ is great, Thai mutton curry is delicious, and vegan chilli crispy beef! Not seen that as a vegan option before. Defo recommended. Super speedy delivery.

Great quality and good prices, the best Chinese takeaway I've ever had

I am so disappointed with the service at lucky chan. We ordered our food at 6:15 to have it delivered, it was meant to arrive in around an hour. I received a text at 7:15 to tell me to come pick the food up. I replied by saying I had ordered delivery. He then said the driver was on his way. It had been two hours and we still hadn't received our food. The restaurant, which we called multiple times was being EXTREMELY unhelpful and making excuses, without actually telling us what is happening. he sent me the drivers number, because apparently he couldn't be bothered to call him himself, so we called (The driver was through Uber Eats, just to name and shame them as well) and he said he couldn't deliver to us because \Roehampton is too dangerous.\ So basically we waited three hours for our food and never got it. I'm still waiting for the restaurant to confirm that they are refunding us, because they still haven't done that.
