The grilled Tilapia fish I ordered was just exquisite. The fish was grilled to perfection. Well seasoned and very generous sized fished which was served with a good helping of fried plantain, salad and a pepper sauce. Even the pepper sauce was very delightful. It provided the right amount of heat as an accompaniment for the fish without requiring you to drink copious fluids to quench the fire in your mouth.
