I am so disappointed at their customer service, I have tried to email them for the past week about a missing item from my order. I have had no response. Previously, any time I have emailed them with queries, they always responded within 24-48 hours, it seems that now they are at fault they are conveniently ignoring me. Their voicemail message box is full and no one answers the phone. Not only is it bad practice, but its just wrong to take money from customers and not give them what they have paid for.
