DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS. BIG FRAUD. My flight was cancelled by the airline due to COVID-19 and I requested full refund, but LYCAFLY wants to charge 150 fee for refund processing. Never ever think of booking a flight with this company. Serial killers. NOTE : All the refunds are subject to the Lyca Fly processing fee. Complete Indian and Sri Lankan fraudsters.
