1st class chocolate as always! Makes the British brands look dull and boring! I discovered this chocolate 7 years ago and it was not available in UK but now finally is! I use to shop in the Berlin store and always loved it there! Found this shop to be well laid out, friendly staff and prices were actually very high end, however you get a product like no other! this chocolate is out of this world! Packaging is as beautiful as always. Managed to stock up and can’t wait to come back! Just a note if you could Make you signs with the various chocolate a tad bit bigger as I was often squinting to see the ingredients. Thank You

Nice Swiss chocolate!
Have not visited this shop but have eaten Läderach chocolate bought from shops in Switzerland and Germany for thirteen years. Delighted to see the brand in the UK now. Läderach produces almost unbeatable chocolate. In my humble opinion one of the underrated greats, challenging the big Belgian, Channel Island and Swiss names for quality. Give them a try. Every person I have recommended them to has abandoned their previous favourite brand and not looked back.
Very friendly staff. Asks your preferences and make great suggests based on you. They offer a small piece for tasting before buying. We usually go for the slabs of chocolates.
Your website is a nightmare. I tried ordering on line & spent 2hours trying & were unsuccessful. Sort it out please.
I am thrilled that Läderach is available in London now. Living here since 7 years and it finally happened. It is one of those brands, I always purchase when travelling to my home country Switzerland. I have always loved their chocolate.
Worst customer service ever...... the lady on duty today 22 february 2020 about 7:30 didn't let us taste and was asking why are we standing there. We're there to buy give us time. She was constantly questioning us why are we here. Didn't want to satisfy her customers but would prefer to be rude with them.... So disappointed
