Kelly was extremely helpful, caring and compassionate to our grief as a person and as a professional. A special mention to Bill and his team for being there for us. Dear Lorriane, Where do I start, after the shock and trying to comprehend with the sudden passing of my father. You were there. A friendly voice at the end of the phone, who knew exactly what to say, and how to help. We had a lot of toing and froing, between the coroners and Barnet council and you were there again to help at the end of the phone, to answer my silly questions and put me at ease. You came to the house to arrange the funeral. You helped take our minds off and the stress out of our lives during this difficult time. You went through the necessary paperwork, with my mother, pausing and talking about something completely different, after every question, making it so easy for her not to be overwhelmed by it all. You were professional, compassionate, caring and dignified, we felt like you were extended family. Everything you did, was done to the highest standard. There is nothing we could fault. Right up to the day of the funeral and the phone call after the funeral, it showed you cared. We cannot recommend you highly enough.
Dawn and her team were very kind, professional and empathetic to me and my family. They showed me and my deceased mother great respect and I am grateful that we chose M M Broad & Sons to facilitate our needs. Many thanks to you Dawn and her team mum would have been proud.

MM broads and son stepped in quickly and kindly when, late Friday evening Brooks funeral directors cancelled my dads funeral on Monday. Kelly was kind and efficient when we visited her Monday morning, she confirmed and double checked the details, and knew how to communicate with a bereaved family.
