Quick healthy family meals

I had my duvet dry cleaned by Madam George. They were very helpful and friendly. They collected my duvet then returned it to me clean and fresh, packed in a bag perfect for storage. I will definitely use this service again.

My wife took our clothes to this Dry Cleaners as we just moved into the area. After a few days when i went in to pick a jacket up and it had been damaged with marks. I can see where the other negative reviews are coming from and I won't be returning to this dreadful establishment.

Why have Google removed my review? I can still read it in my own contributions list, but cannot locate it here. I gave a negative review and the owner responded calling me a fantasist. I edited the review to answer that accusation. What are Google doing in removing a review? If I'm mistaken I will apologise, but at the moment neither I nor anyone I know has been able to see it in the public list of reviews.There appears to be no email address for customers to contact Google. I see Google have now printed the owner's previous response asking why I gave the one-star rating. This is going round in circles because I already explained that in the deleted review. Baffled by what is going on.
