Great experience. My curtain pulley system had gone wrong. Lovely man from M2M came to fix it. Arrived on time with face mask, fixed in 10 mins, no charge.

Unfortunately, I did not get the great service that Harold in his review of 5 months ago shared. I did call prior to travelling to the shop and they said they could see if they can help. My query was how to put the blind back together after my cleaner had disassembled it. I even offered a fiver to get the shop staff to resolve. They were unwilling to help and said they had no knowledge and only order in stock. Would not say this is a nice place. response to your response No, you do not go out of your way. You were unwilling to even look at the roller blind that I brought in. This is not a matter of blame. I am sharing my experience of coming to your shop and dealing with your two members of staff.

Last weekend I passed by m2m and asked if they could fix/replace my roller blind cords, which had disappeared into the roller tube. They said it wasn't something they normally do but would take a look. So took the roller blind in today and they replaced the entire cord assembly within 30 minutes. They were friendly, offered great advice at a charitable price. Definitely worth a visit if you have issues with blinds etc.

Used on recommendation from my sister. Ordered net curtains for our whole house. Took my window measurements and the shop assistant advised me as to the measurements I needed. Told it would take 2 weeks but they were ready a week later. Very happy with how they look. Will be returning for thicker outer curtains very soon.
