A fantastic little find in Deptford! Though unassuming, the food is exceptional. Looking forward to bringing my family here again.

This place is not worth visiting and the positive reviews are probably fake, dishonest or paid for. I can already predict that this restaurant serves only a Cameroonian community. It can never grow to the standard of an average restaurant with the horror they entertain people with. So, I went there with a friend because I was eager to eat some Cameroonian cuisine. Firstly the name of the place is no where to found :you might get lost trying to find it. When you do find it you are welcomed with a strong unpleasant stench. It is like they don't ventilate nor try to use air fresheners. Then you can't tell the difference between waiters and clients: everyone but the cook (who seemed kind of trained) was drinking and using their phone on service. We couldn't even order a drink in time because the waiter was backing us. Then the menu is poorly organised. The drink section is misplaced and the first page of the menu seems to be on the last page. When the food finally came, I was surprised to be chewing a huge chunk of paper in my vegetable (eru). As if this was not enough, I was constantly driving flies off my food. Tried to pay at the end and the waiter couldn't even understand me, he didn't seem to have been trained for the job. The next thing I saw was a bill of 46. They charge like proper 4.5 star restaurants yet their offer doesn't even deserve a star. I would have been much happier with fish and chips and a drink for 7. Complete waste of my time and money. Sorry but I never thought I'd be giving my first one star to an African restaurant. I am so disappointed.

Enjoyed myself fully on my visit to the UK! This bar had a great live band performing both nights I attended and the food and drinks are exceptional for there prices, compared to what I'm used to.
