Grace and Marvellous wonders

To whom it may concern: I called this company at 8:30 am to ask of their services that they offer. The lady named Suzy really was trying to accommodate my business. Unfortunately she was travelling the weekend and had a large order for the Monday and Tuesday as I would’ve needed her services on the Monday, anyway she highly recommended another balloon artist, and searched her details for me. My point is this she didn’t have to but she did and that small act of professionalism goes a long way and speaks volumes of the woman herself. Her tone on the phone suggests to me that she is kind, caring and wants the best for you type of person. Suzy I thank you kindly once again and you deserve all the goodness coming your way.

Booked Magical Designs for a event on Thursday 19th July, Susie was very friendly and chatty to all our guest (We has about 75 people, adults and children) She was able to do a number of different designs and had many fun and quirky types of balloons! she was able to make balloons very quickly and was happy to do any request, including caricature Balloon model or Gaint Crowns! During the party she did a small Balloon making lesson with the children which their really enjoyed and was a very nice little extra. She was fantastic value for money and would recommend :)

I have worked with Susie on many occasions and have to say, she’s an absolutely fabulous entertainer! Not only is her painting beautifully detailed, her balloons are the most impressive I’ve seen! She has a lovely way with the children and I’ve often overheard parents saying how wonderful she is! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
