I had never used a Mailbox facility until twenty months ago and I must admit to being slightly apprehensive before signing up as I didn't know what to expect in terms of service. However I was pleasantly surprised by the high levels of proficiency, dependability & professionalism. Crawford Street is managed extremely well by the exceptional Sandra - and I have also found the vast majority of her team (past & present) to be most welcoming, personable, helpful & efficient. I would therefore recommend this branch without any hesitation whatsoever.

As a (very) longstanding customer of Mailboxes Etc. - even before moving to their current premises - I can honestly say that they have been an indispensable part of my professional life. My work involves a tremendous amount of travel, and without the security of knowing that my post is safely looked after, this would be impossible. Their staff are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and have always taken care of my affairs with the utmost professionalism.
The staff here are very professional, helpful and friendly. Not only do they go above and beyond of what is expected constantly, but they are also very much part of the Marylebone community.
