I used them three times in the course of one year to ship very fragile antique ceramics from London to the United States, and each time they were highly professional in all aspects of the transactions (and very quick to answer inquiries). Each of my objects required custom-made wooden crates, and they were created in a timely manner, and the objects packed wonderfully inside -- on par, I must say, with how a museum would pack an item to be lent to another museum -- with all precautions being taken to ensure that there is no movement of the object during transit. Great service! I always use Mail Boxes to ship anything slightly awkward and they always find a great solution. They even gave me paper shreddings to save me some cash on materials!
