Very impressed with the service. Toilet wasn't flushing correctly and Toropro sorted it quickly. The admin staff were very nice and it was easy to book a plumber to come out and fix the toilet the same day. No drama, no fuss, one very happy customer. Thank you for the great service at such a reasonable price.

Ripoff merchants. Go to them if you have lots of money lying around. Call out charge of 65 vat so I thought reasonable. But asking for 300 to replace faucets in a tap. Apparently 2 hours of labour worth 150 odd with vat and a faucet that costs 120.
So don't give those guys your card details as a 'security' . They will charge it without a further a do without any notice. They also totally overestimate the time spent on site and material costs. So the final quote is given after the work completion and payment taken the next day. You may as well write a blank cheque.
The guys did amazing job helping our local charity. They helped with installation of heating system and bathrooms, and contributed towards electrical installations in our new property. The job was very well done and saved us enormous amount of money. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I waited in all afternoon for a plumber, when he didn't show I contacted the company, they said he'd been and they'd try to contact me ( no one had been and no one had left a card through the letter box etc) when I asked them to confirm my number they gave me a completely random mobile number that they'd apparently been calling and leaving messages on!!!! Anyway for this I'm being charged!!! DO NOT USE, THEY WILL CON YOUR MONEY!!!!
I have used Toropro twice now and am really happy with them. The first time I used them was August when my air conditioning started leaking. Michael came round and fixed the problem within the hour and I have not had any trouble with it since. The second time I used them they replaced some taps for me in my bathroom. Costel was friendly and tidied up after himself - I can highly recommend them to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would. Attended the property to quote for various jobs and to fix one fitting. Cost was twice as much as originally quoted and the 'fixed' light broke the following day. We then received a call to organise someone to attend for a quote?! Basically, we paid 112 for an electrician to spend 10 minutes 'not fixing' a light and 65 minutes walking around the property for fun. Would not recommend and will definitely not be using for anything further. Poor.
