I bought a buggy from this shop about 1 year ago. Some how rear brake was broken. So we went to shop if it can be fixed by paying service charge as it already one year. But they send it to repair department and lend us exactly same type another buggy to in the mean time. After 9 days got a text message that ready for collection. I was really surprised as they replaced rear both wheel with new one. My wife Keep saying this to her all friends when she goes to children centre. Please keep up your best customer service; don't let it be down. Thanks

Worst customer service ever. I have been calling them over 1 h and half and still NO ANSWER! I purchased a baby pram over a month ago and still no delivery or shipping information has been given. Not happy!

Popped in today to show my mum the travel system we have as our number one (we were planning to buy it after having her opinion), went upstairs to find an event just about to start. It seemed the whole of the upstairs was out of action for an event...a staff member told us quite abruptly that we had just 5 minutes until the event started so we could have a quick look but we didn’t feel welcome (as I have done previously when I have visited) so we left...a real shame to not be able to access upstairs stock when an event is on.

We went to buy a pram and pushchair and to have a look of the shop. The staff was very helpful even it was late and they were closing. We were served by Maria a nice and smiley girl. She helped us a lot and served us in the best way. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
