I had an absolutely amazing experience with Camila. My fiancé and I went in together to look at the ring she wanted, and we were very fortunate to have Camila as our consultant. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. When I went back to purchase the ring by myself, Camila helped me through the finance process and provided the best service I could have asked for when purchasing such an important item. Dealing with customer service was beyond the most frustrating phone call I've ever made. I have an engagement ring given to me 9 years ago that I'm looking to resell, and just wanted a copy of the Jewellery Protection Plan. But since I couldn't produce the gentleman who purchased it for me, 9 years ago, who is happily married with children, I now have to get this ring appraised to find out the basic information that would be on THE PROTECTION PLAN. that was paid for at time of purchase, and that I have been able to get a copy of before. Will never deal with Zales as a whole ever again.

This place has been absolutely awful since covid! Between changing their hours daily and not communicating to absolutely disgusting customer service I’m sad to say I support Mappins Masonville London. I called for store hours, came on opening only to find out, they opened at a different time then they told me the night before! Terrible! I don’t recommend supporting this store anytime soon!

I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé at this location. Their diamond expert, Taylor, was extremely personable and knowledgeable on product but also went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They were able to offer deferred payments as well as have the rings sized in time for my planned engagement. I would highly recommend Taylor’s service to anyone looking to make such an investment and am very happy with my overall experience.
