Nice hotel and the people working there are very nice and helpful. I had a nice experience overall. I was there for three nights. The room was small but very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. It's well-located, just two minutes within walking distance to Baker Street and close to Oxford Street too. My room was located on the top floor and there is no elevator, but one member of the staff was so nice to me as to carry my suitcase up to my room when I arrived. Thank you for everything.

Really lovely little hotel. The room was quiet, the facillities simple but very clean and pleasant and comfortable (especially the large round bath). Location was great but that's why we picked it, and the breakfast was very very good. The service was great as well. Pleasantly surprised all around! I should also add it was child friendly which we desperately needed as we were travelling to an interview with a small 5 month baby in tow. Highly recommend for families.
