Showed up to my property to provide a quote then ghosted me. Why couldn't you just say that the work was too much to take on?

I have been using Frank and his team for many years, and am always impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They are highly skilled and can do any job, big or small. They actually built our entire house from scratch a few years ago, and now we use them for property maintenance jobs around the house and garden. They are highly reliable, trustworthy, punctual, neat and tidy, and can do anything. Always my first port of call if there is anything to build or fix in the house. Highly recommend.
Frank and his team produced a kitchen and side extension. We lived in the property whilst the build took place and they were always very considerate about this. The quality of the build is fantastic, if any problems arose Frank always addressed this with a range of solutions. The project was finished ontime and to budget. Frank's after sales service is brilliant too.
