The service has been brilliant when I bought my new car but when 3 years later I went back to part exchange and buy another one the result was very different. The valuation of my car was the lowest I received from other brand including Volvo, Mercedes and BMW. When I made this point to the sales person of course there was the usual speech about current market condition due to COVID restrictions but considering that in the last 12 month, if not mistaken, the used cars sector has dropped about 15% against the new cars segment drop of over 30% seems to me that he was simply trying to bamboozle me. Sorry, not good.

I have to score full points as the service I received on all levels was exceptional. Customer service received on the phone and in person was great! Having experienced poor customer service at another Audi Service centre. I fully appreciated the quality of customer service and the standard of work provided at Marshall's .

A theme of poor customer service / satisfaction is apparent from these reviews and unfortunately my recent experience was no different. If I had been diligent and taken note of recent reviews, I would have taken my car elsewhere. Sadly that wasn’t the case and I picked my car up following an MOT with damage to the driver side door. The damage was immediately apparent upon collecting the car, I raised it and was told I would be contacted in the afternoon. Instead I received an email the following morning in an abrupt tone to tell me they had reviewed CCTV surrounding the building and it was clear the damage was already there. The email closed with “I hope this clarifies the situation”. Funnily enough it didn't because I would never have raised it were it there when I dropped it off. After requesting the ‘clear’ proof I was sent images that were sent from inside the workshop and therefore completely contrary to what I was previously told given the car had gone from outside to in. I feel very let down and handled by a very naive customer service advisor to think I would waste time and effort raising an issue if it was something I had caused. Avoid.

I will never use their services again. Was quoted 900 plus for work that could not be guaranteed to resolve the problem. They seem staggered that I had the audacity to query it! By contrast, the matter was resolved and guaranteed, by Epsom Audi who provide a far better service.
