Spoke to someone today who was most unhelpful- the guy I spoke to refused/couldn't be bothered to help me with my queries whatsover and refused to provide any information to my queries such as fixed fee quotes for some reason- his excuse was that it couldn't be done over the phone when surprisingly enough all the other firms that I have spoken to were more than happy to! I will definitely not be using their services in the future.
